Things I learnt while building My first Company

As I leave the company I founded almost 15 years ago, I’ve been overwhelmed by the messages from all our current and past team members about the impact that the company had on them, as people, and as professionals and the changes it precipitated in their careers.

Many of the team reflected on the unique company Elabor8 is and the special culture we created. I was asked to share some of the learnings I took out of my time building the company.

There are too many learnings to put into one blog post, so I’ve tried to write a series of posts, that both stand on their own, and collectively form the main factors that led to the successful company we see today.

Working with cofounders.
