Background
I began my career in consulting, working with top global firms across diverse industries to design and implement large-scale technology initiatives. In 2009, I co-founded Elabor8, which grew into Australia’s leading Agile Transformation consultancy, serving iconic local and global brands. Recognised on the AFR Fastest Growing 100 Companies list for six consecutive years, Elabor8 was acquired by Cprime Inc., a U.S. and EU-based Agile and Atlassian consultancy, in 2023.
In 2020, amid the pandemic, I co-launched two ventures with my Elabor8 partners: Flomatika, a SaaS platform for lean portfolio and delivery analytics, which gained a loyal following before being open-sourced in 2024, and the Remote Agility Framework, a tool for orchestrating digital and hybrid teams.
Today, I blend my passions for disruptive technology, futurism, and building high-performance companies as an entrepreneur, technology investor and advisor. I focus on emerging technologies, seeking out ventures poised to reshape industries.
